KARMA COLLECTIONS will not be held liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit or after delivery to the address you have given us. If your shipment was expected to arrive by the due date yet is delayed because of the weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen events on the carrier’s end, we will not be held responsible.

This face mask sold on KARMA COLLECTIONS Websites serves as a barrier and is not intended to act as a medical device or other medical product and should not be used as a replacement for conventional and approved personal protective equipment including surgical masks or respirators. Please note, we make no warranties or claims or implies that our masks prevent infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

WEBSITE DISCLAIMERS

The designs shown in photos are computer generated mock-ups. The final product may vary, SLIGHTLY, from what is displayed on your screen. However please note: The shirts shown in the mock-up photos are NOT always the same brand & style you will receive, as it will depend on your selection. The image, image color, and image placement on your shirt will replicate as closely as possible to what is shown in the mock-up. We use quality brand name vinyl for all applications and professionally heat press every shirt for life long durability of the application.

RETURN POLICY

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we are pleased to offer you an EXCHANGE ONLY within 3 days of your confirmed date of delivery. Please contact us at info@karmacollectz.com and let us know about the damaged or defective item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags attached.  Please contact us at info@karmacollectz.com if you have any questions or concerns.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your Returned Item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your Returned Item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we are pleased to offer you an EXCHANGE ONLY within 3 days of your confirmed date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags attached. CANCELLATION POLICY

We are committed to processing online orders as quickly as possible, including cancellation and change requests which must be received within 24 hours of placement of the original order by the Buyer. Change requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted. You have the option of canceling an item that you have ordered that has not yet been shipped and your credit card has not been charged. This does not apply to Final Sale items nor custom made or special-order items. To cancel your order, please send us an email at info@karmacollectz.com with your order number. Please note that sending in a cancellation request DOES NOT mean that your order is immediately canceled. Canceled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be canceled, please refer to the Store Credit Policy.

STORE CREDIT POLICY

Store Credit Policy will only apply if you attempted to cancel an order after the 24 hours Cancellation Policy (Please refer to Cancellation Policy) and the item has not been shipped already.  We are unable to provide you with a Store Credit if the item has already been shipped or is a Final Sale Item or a Custom-Made/Special Order Item. DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Any damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 (three) days of delivery. Claims will not be honored after this period. The Buyer must ship back the item at their own expense. Damaged or defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item. Please contact KARMA COLLECTIONS at info@karmacollectz.com if you have any questions or concerns.

BACK ORDER AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Any item you ordered that is currently on backorder or has become out of stock, you will be notified via email with an estimated availability date and subject to change. You then have the option of waiting for the item to become available, or canceling it. In order to get early access to new products, back-ordered items, and reserve them, we need to take payment for the item at the time the order is placed. If your order consists of both in-stock and backorder items, we will reserve these items for you and ship your order in full as soon as your backorder item(s) arrives. If the back-ordered item has an extended estimated arrival date on your in-stock item may ship ahead. This means that all backorder items in your shopping cart will be charged to your account once you checkout.
