All items are shipped from Ontario, Canada using Canada Post Mail Service.  Please note: Canada Post is experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 related challenges. Unfortunately, KARMA COLLECTIONS have no control over these delays. However, we do ask for your patience during this time.  If your order is time-sensitive, we highly recommend selecting the expedited shipping option.  We ship orders throughout the week, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. All orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Unless it is a Custom Order. All prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars.  Canada – Shipping between 2 to 14 Business Days depending on the option you choose. US – Shipping between 5 to 21 business days depending on the option you choose. Important Notice: If any customs or import taxes apply, it will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. 


Due to the custom nature of the product and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final and cannot be returned. If there is a problem on our part, please reach out to us and we will gladly send a corrected replacement or issue a refund. Please make sure to contact us within 3 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization Form.  Please ensure you return the items back to us within 14 days of delivery. Shipping is non-refundable.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email.


Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for your return on the Return Authorization Form.  Our Returns Department will process your request and will reply within two business days. Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods.  However, for your protection, we recommend using Canada Post or insured parcel post for return shipments. We recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own should request a tracking number for their records.


Exchanges are subject to inspection; the buyer agrees to pay the shipping for all returns. If the error or mistake is made by KARMA COLLECTIONS, we will take full responsibility to correct the error/mistake and will gladly send out a replacement at no cost to you. 

EXCHANGE (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and we would be happy to assist you.


For orders of regular-sized within Canada (with some exceptions) with a minimum purchase value of $160.00 before taxes, shipping is free. Shipping Cost is calculated at the time of check-out. The customers are responsible for any additional Brokerage, Duty, or Taxes that may apply.
